CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a dispatch email from our warehouse. Once our carrier receives your parcel they will contact you with a link to track your order (UK only).

If you haven't received your parcel 10 days after the date you placed your order please contact us here.

WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER FOR MORE THAN ONE ITEM BUT ONE ISN'T AVAILABLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

If you have placed a multiple order and part of the order isn't available for next day delivery not to worry!

Any available item will be sent Next Day and you'll receive your dispatch email for this.

If an item is unavailable for Next Day Delivery we will email to let you know and send that item through our standard delivery service.

Should an item no longer be available we will not charge you for the item and we will refund your postage.

WHY IS THERE AN ITEM ONLINE BUT I CAN'T SELECT NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR IT?

There is a few instances Next Day delivery may not be available:

  1. The item may only be available to be shipped from one of our store locations
  2. If your delivery location is outside of the UK or a BFPO address.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery to the below postcodes:

HOW WILL I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Once you are in the checkout stage of our site, you'll be able to see which delivery options are available to you.

HOW DOES DELIVERY TO A YODEL COLLECTION POINT WORK?

Select from thousands of UK Yodel locations for your order to be delivered to.

Delivery to Yodel locations on orders over £80 is FREE excluding sale items. On orders under £80 a delivery charge of £3.99 will be applied.

Your order will be delivered to your chosen location within 6 days. Yodel will email you when your parcel is ready for collection.

You'll be given a list of local Yodel Store points at the checkout stage to choose from.

Once your item is received into your chosen Yodel Collection point, you'll receive a ready to collect email and SMS to let you know.

Your email and SMS will contain your unique collection barcode which will have to be shown when you collect. This can either be printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet.

To collect your item, you will also need one of the following forms of ID:

  1. Driving Licence
  2. Passport
  3. Utility bill
  4. Wage slip
  5. Bank statement

It's no problem for someone else to collect your item, but they must have your unique collection barcode and your proof of ID.

Any items not collected within 10 days will be returned and a refund will be processed once this is received back to OFFICE. Please allow 3-5 days from the point of return for this to process.

DO YOU DELIVER TO BPFO OR PO BOX ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to delivery any orders to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

UK Next Day and Standard delivery parcels will be delivered by Yodel.

International orders are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required.

Selected products cannot be shipped to some countries outside of the UK.

OFFICE cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is allowed, so please take note of your own import restrictions before placing an order.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED YET?

CAN I SHIP TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

You can choose to get your shoes delivered to an address other than your billing address. Just enter this address during the checkout process. We are unable to change the address once the order has been placed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to us dispatching items as fast as possible we are unable to change or cancel your order.

WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTY ON MY INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

Orders shipped to certain locations will have import taxes (including duty, VAT and other Customs charges, where applicable) added to them at the point of entry to the delivery country. This isn't a price we are able to advise on or take responsibility for. Your local Tax Office will be able to offer further advice on these charges.
