HAVING A CHANGE OF HEART?
ONLINEAny items purchased on our website between 6th of November 2025 and 7th of December 2025 will have up to and including the 5th of January 2026 to be returned to us. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Items must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Any items purchased after the 8th of December, will fall within our standard online returns policy.
STORES
Any items purchased in our stores between 12th of November 2025 and 7th of December 2025 will have up to and including the 5th of January 2026 to be returned to us. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Items must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. We will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card on full price items. Should the item purchased be a sale item, we are happy to offer an exchange or gift card. Any items purchased after the 8th of December, will fall within our standard store returns policy.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds and exchanges in our stores between Friday 26th December and Sunday 28th December.
