WHERE CAN I BUY AN OFFICE DIGITAL GIFT CARD?

You can buy your OFFICE Digital Gift Card Here. Follow the steps and personalise your card by choosing a design, date to be received and an amount up to £500.

WHERE CAN I BUY AN OFFICE PHYSICAL GIFT CARD?

You can buy your OFFICE Physical gift card directly from one of our stores. To find your nearest store, just click here.

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

You sure can. All Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase or issue. Please be aware that we cannot accept part payment by Gift Card. Should you need to top up your Gift Card, this can be done online at checkout, after your Gift Card details have been entered. Please note, if you do use a credit/or debit card to top up your Gift Card during a transaction, any subsequent refund will be put back onto your Gift Card, and not your credit/or debit card.

CAN I MAKE A PART PAYMENT WITH MY GIFT CARD AND PART WITH MY DEBIT CARD?

Not at this time. Full payment must be made on a credit/or debit card or a gift card. You can however top up your gift card by credit/or debit card during a transaction if you don't have enough funds on your Gift Card.To do so please go through checkout as usual, after you have entered your Gift Card details you will the be given the option to top up.

Please note, if you do use a credit or debit card to top up your Gift Card during a transaction, any subsequent refund will be put back onto your gift card and not your credit/or debit card.

IF I PAY BY GIFT CARD AND MY ORDER IS CANCELLED HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

You'll be refunded the same way you have paid. So if you have paid Gift Card, the refund will go back onto the Gift Card.

I'VE LOST MY GIFT CARD - CAN YOU HELP?

We’re really sorry if your Gift Card has been lost, we’re unable to replace or refund this for you. Gift Cards should be treated as cash and kept in a safe place until used. Sorry for any disappointment but we’ll not be able to help further with this.

IF I RETURN MY ITEM TO THE WAREHOUSE HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

The amount that is due to be refunded will be refunded direct to your Gift Card. This can take up to 10 working days to process.

IF I HAVE PAID BY GIFT CARD AND RETURN TO A STORE, HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

You'll be refunded the same way you have paid. So if you have paid Gift Card, when you return to store the refund will go back onto the gift card.

MY GIFT CARD IS NOT WORKING. WHO DO I CONTACT?

I'VE TOPPED MY GIFT CARD UP TO PAY FOR MY ITEM BUT THIS HAS NOW BEEN REFUNDED, WHERE DOES THIS REFUND GO?

If you have paid for your item on a Gift Card, the refund will go back to the Gift Card. This cannot be credited to your credit/or debit card. .
