Rated 5 out of 5 by Tracy37 from Genuinely the best pair of Ugg’s First of all I had to return the size six for a size five, that was no issue and really simple to do. But WOW when I slipped my foot into the boot, it was like balls of cotton wool around your feet. The colour way is my favourite and I love the ‘mini’ boot look. I have received so many compliments in wearing them once. These are selling out quick, don’t think twice as you could miss out. Totally recommend from Office as they are Exclusive to Office, found them nowhere else.

They look nice but you can’t drive or walk . Feels heavy in the foot. The front of the shoe is exfoliating and the fur on the inside just went flat because is synthetic. Really disappointing, wished I went for the normal sole . I have loads of Ugg boots but this time really unhappy about them

My only issue is the sole is a bit hard - I expected lots of sheepskin padding, but it's actually quite sparse. Still, I love them and will enjoy stomping about in my first pair of Ugg's.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Daph17 from Meh Fit is really off, I have the the higher up mini and they’re perfect fit. These however are super tight at the upper foot it was very odd. Returned them promptly. The quality isn’t the same as my other ones either feel cheap and cardboard.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Amie B from Pretty but not like they used to be The fur inside has basically flattened and is non-existent, after two wears. Very tight opening to get on. Its takes a few moments to squeeze on. Fairly poor quality. Price seems to have gone up but quality down.

I purchased a pair of fake Ugg-like boots back in January, to see how I liked wearing and styling them before committing to the real thing. I wore them every day for two months, so decided it was time to upgrade to real Ugg boots! These were such a steal at £100 with a considerable discount (originally £155). I love styling them with work outfits, casual outfits, wintery outfits (because let’s face it, it’s still freezing and spring feels like a long way off!)- they look great with tights, a corduroy skirt and a high neck top or warm jumper. They’re unbelievably comfy- feels like I’m walking on clouds. I got a size 4, which is my usual size, and they fitted perfectly so they are true to size. You can really feel the difference between the cheapy fake ones and the proper Ugg boot, it’s well worth the cost difference. Shipping was prompt and the courier was extremely friendly and polite, phoning me to let me know she’d be arriving in a few minutes- I’ve never experienced that from a courier before. Highly recommend buying these from Office, I am delighted!
