I bought a pair of nike dunks online which were on offer plus used my blue light discount, after a couple of wares, i realised there was a stiching fault, returned them via office returns and the issue was dealt with respect. Full refund issued and no haggle, office lives upto its good reputation, just a shame they did not have a replacement as they were a lovely pair of trainers.
