Shoes not in perfect condition
Sold at full price but not in perfect condition. Click and Collect at Bristol Cabot Circus. Obvious nick seen at back of right shoe. Replaced with stock in store. Picked up by my husband. Glue on side of right bow plus small nick to right heel.
Also, Click and Collect service not efficient and took too long. Poor communication from Office until I phoned and spoke to assistant manager Beth who got the ball rolling for me.

Beautiful style and good value.
I needed a pair of shoes to match a dress for an occasion. These came up in a search online and were perfect- heel height, colour and cost. I’ve not worn them yet but they feel as if they will be comfortable enough. I like the combination of patent and velvet. Quick delivery and excellent value. It’s years since I shopped in Office- I used to do so all the time.

Gorgeous bow shoes
Gorgeous shoes, the perfect colour burgundy, some shades can look too bright, these are a classy colour. The bow is beautiful, they are very comfortable due to the low kitten heel. Really well made . Perfect service from Office. Delivery was super quick.

Stunning party shoes!!
Stunning shoes, I can’t walk far at the moment due to disability and these are so pretty to look at they are quite low heel which is great. I do have wide feet however these were not too tight like usual shoes are.
