Rated 5 out of 5 by lizbol from Just the right amount of chunky sole Spent a long time tracking down a high Chelsea boot that would be sufficiently out there ( without being ridiculous) and pleased to find these in soft leather. I love vagabond as a brand so I was good to go when they popped up in the selection at office. I have very skinny feet and ankles and I will say they are roomy and I will probably have to wear a slightly thicker sock than usual, but the main thing is they are easy to get on and off, despite the height ( unlike the Topshop lace ups I recently bought , which are a bit of a facing - having to take out the laces to get in and out!)

I tried them on when I was there and I have to say these boots look absolutely stylish. I was afraid that they would look real bulky on me as I ordered a size UK 8. However, that is not the case at all. I walked a bit around the store and they were indeed comfortable. I’m looking forward to wearing these boots in the colder months to come.

They were nice and tight around my ankle and I liked the slightly longer length for this season. Decided I wanted something a bit sleeker with less of a rounded toe, but if you're in the market for a classic chunky Chelsea boot- look no further.

These boots fulfil those needs perfectly. They are so comfortable all round and hold shape perfectly on more strenuous walks. They are also so cool and go with every outfit I could possibly plan. Definitely going to be my forever go to boots!

The heel is chunky without being too huge and I love that they come a little higher up the calf as well. I’m usually a size six and the six in these are a perfect fit. The leather feels really good quality and they’re comfortable to wear all day.

Even took my trainers in with me just in case! So comfortable to wear, no rubbing on my feet and got loads of compliments from my work mates on them, so for me they are a win all round!
