New Balance 574 Trainers Sea Salt Leopard

I didn’t just want a running trainer, I wanted something that looked good with a bit of support. For that reason, I wasn’t expecting a fully supportive shoe in buying these, just something better than a super flat, no-soled trainer. These have pleasantly surprised me. They still give me a bit of heel pain after a long day of walking 20,000 steps, but they’re no way near as bad as shoes that have no sole. You won’t be able to run a marathon in these (in my opinion!) but they’ll be better than wearing sandals round a city all day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cocopops1 from A great trainer I have had 574 women's trainers before and I wanted to try these new ones with a bit of leopard print. They're as good as I was expecting. I think the edge of the tongue has changed slightly, and it's a bit stiffer, which isn't great if you have a high instep. Also, I am usually a size 6 but I go up half a size in New Balance trainers. The 6.5 is perhaps very slightly too big. Overall a great trainer, though, and I'm very pleased with it.

I usually wear size 6.5 so that is what I ordered. They are a snug fit and maybe should have returned them for a size 7. However I have walked a fair way in them and they are extremely comfortable.

Got me a second pair after my first pair got slightly ditched at a Basement Jaxx gig!! They still brushed up ok but I now have a brand spanking pair for when I need them to be extra special!

I think they are regular fitting just my feet have grown as ive had to order half sizes bigger from other brands too.

These trainers in size 5 are probably a small 5 so perfect for me but if you are a size 5 but sometimes wear a 6 i would advise to go a size bigger

Rated 4 out of 5 by MrsAF from Size up! This is such a lovely style of trainers, comfy but smart enough to be worn with dresses etc. They do come up small though, I am usually a 4 and purchased a 4.5 as read previous reviews and even these are a little tight.
