Rated 1 out of 5 by Macca1980 from !!!!UGGS NEVER ARRIVED!!!! Ordered my daughter a pair of Uggs for Xmas. Order has never arrived. I’ve rated this 1 star for this reason and the fact they use Yodel. The order was tracked and never moved from Yodels warehouse for 8 days despite me following this up and being fobbed off my live chat. Office and Yodel are impossible to contact and speak to somebody to resolve this.the following day I received an email from yodel saying my parcel was lost. I have complained to both and received no response. I went into Trafford centre and a shop assistant called Emina was great. She managed to find a 2nd pair despite all online sellers appearing to be sold out. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back for the original purchase that has gone missing/been stolen. Any company that uses yodel as a courier, I will avoid in the future!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Debbifishi from Poor quality... actually thought they were fakes! The quality is so poor compared to what I have had in the past. My daughter wore them once and the fleece is completely flat now. I have emailed office to complain. They were not cheap! In the past Í have had Íf which literally hug your feet with the lining... honestly, I wish I'd just bought the same style from next at a fifth of the price. Awaiting response from office. She's ten she doesn't care but I know they will not last long. Gutted

Rated 3 out of 5 by wrobyn from Ugg Boots lovely boots are extremely comfy , however can easily be damaged by even tiny amounts of water (even with spray) so i recommend to never wear them if the floor outside is wet etc.
