Disappointing experience
Unfortunately I received the wrong colour (black) and I didn’t find office helpful when the onus was on me to return them. I wasn’t aware that all returns are £2.95, thankfully I didn’t have to pay this because it wasn’t my fault. This puts me off using office again.
