Office Terms & Conditions – Butterfly Twists Ibiza competition
- Entrant must be a resident in UK or Northern Ireland and aged 18 or over at time of entry.
- Entrant must hold a current EU passport with at least 6 months validity from July 2014.
- The draw is not open to members or employees of Office, its subsidiaries, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the draw.
- No purchase necessary.
- One winner will be drawn and will receive a prize consisting of: Three nights stay for a total of three people aged over 18 at Ushuaia five star hotel in Ibiza, and return flights, economy class
- The hotel accommodation includes one-room only with three single beds, breakfast is included each day within the hotel, and any other meals will not be included.
- Transfers are not included and the winner will need to organise this independently.
- Access only to Ushuaia hotels beach and pool parties.
- To enter entrants must fill in all of the required fields on the competition entry page successfully.
- Winner must be available to travel in the month of June.
- Prize is non-transferable. No alternative cash prizes.
- Only one entry per person permitted.
- Closing date for entries is Wednesday 21st May 2014.
- The first prize winner will be notified by the email address provided on the winners' entry.
- Incomplete or unreadable entries will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or delayed entries.
- The winner must claim prize within 14 days of being notified.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
- Winners are responsible for expenses, travel insurance and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
- Where applicable, the decisions of the judges are final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
- Butterfly Twists reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw competition or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Butterfly Twists
- Reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
- The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The prize draw is promoted by Office.
- No correspondence can be entered into on any matters arising from any prize draw.
