Add-ons and removals may still be added to a booking but will be charged to
the customer at full price.
Each voucher code is valid for one transaction only and may only be
redeemed once. Only one voucher code may be redeemed per customer
booking.
Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer,
promotion, discount, package, or promotional code unless otherwise agreed
in writing by Townhouse.
Voucher codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be
exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.
Voucher codes have no cash value and may not be partially redeemed,
resold, or applied retrospectively to previous purchases or bookings.
Any unused voucher codes remaining after the Campaign Expiry date of
23:59 GMT on 30 November 2026 shall automatically expire and shall not be
eligible for any refund, credit, extension, or compensation.
