It's really simple, an order placed before 3pm will have the option to be sent out on Next Day Delivery. Once your order is placed and you've selected Next Day as a delivery option, your order will be security checked. All successful orders will be passed to our Dispatch Team who will pick and pack your item and get it all ready for collection by Parcelforce, our Next Day Courier. Next Day isn't available on some products and excludes ‘AB30,31,33-38,41-45,51-56,63, DD8-9, DD10, FK17-21, TD15 2, HS1-9, IV1-3, IV4-9, IV10-12, 15-20,30-32,36, IV13-14, IV21-28,IV40-56, KW16-17, PH30-44,49,50, ZE1-3, BFPO' postcodes.
Next Day delivery is available on orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following working day (If you order Tuesday at 5.30pm, your item will be delivered on Thursday). Any orders placed on Friday, after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Once you are in the checkout stage of our site, you’ll be able to see which delivery options are available to you. It’s at this point you’ll be able to see if your item is available for Next Day delivery.
At this time we are unable to delivery any orders to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses.
UK Next Day will be delivered by Parcelforce and UK Standard will be delivered by Yodel. Your items will be out for delivery between 7am and 6pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, the courier will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods.
International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required.
OFFICE cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is allowed, so please take note of your own import restrictions before placing an order.
When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your shoes are on their way. If you have not received this email after 7 working days after placing an order please give us a call on 08450 580 777.
You can choose to get your shoes delivered to an address other than your billing address. Just enter this address during the checkout process. We are unable to change the address once the order has been placed.
All orders being delivered within the UK require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.
Orders shipped to certain locations will have Duty and Customs charges added to them at the point of entry to the delivery country. This isn’t a price we are able to advise on or take responsibility for. Your local Tax Office will be able to offer further advice on these charges.
