Rated 1 out of 5 by jessica1104 from Definitely had the wrong size label stitched in. Awful. The shoe itself was great condition, lovely quality as all Uggs are. I own 4 pairs of Uggs. Not one of the pairs I have (which are all a UK size 3) have ever slipped off my feet. Ultra Mini Uggs are known for being a pain to get on, my mum owns a pair and she needs a shoe horn for hers but they fit like a dream when they’re on. So when mine just slipped on my foot without a shoe horn, I knew something wasn’t right. When I had them on, I walked around my living room and they were slipping off the back of my feet, to the point of which my foot was nearly completely out of the shoe. I don’t like to moan, but the fit was poor. The label inside states a UK 3 and as does the box but it must’ve been a manufacturing error as they certainly weren’t a 3 and fit more like a size 5. I have returned these and went into John Lewis and tried a size 3 on and they fit perfect, just as they should and I purchased them from there instead. Nothing against Office but this was my first purchase from there so a little put off but nothing major. I assume it was done during the making of the boot and the wrong size was stitched in. The quality though was just as Uggs should be so can’t complain about that.
