I struggle get normally Uggs on so thought a zip at the back would be so much easier. Whilst they are the normal good quality of an Ugg. They are very very narrow, even when the zip was down I couldn’t fit my foot in, they were even more difficult to put on than usual mini / ultra mini Uggs. I took them back to the shop and the assistant commented with how narrow they were and asked if they were children’s size. Disappointed but will go back to the mini

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lydia09 from Strange fit The boots were excellent quality and looked great. Unfortunately despite ordering my shoe size l struggled getting them on my feet. The seam on the boot at the top part of your foot was too small thus preventing your foot getting into the boot. Once it was in the actual boot did fit but who wants to spend 20 minutes getting a boot on?! I have spoken to many people who have experienced the same problem. Sadly they will have to be returned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mags S from sizing of UGG boots. Have only given 3stars as sizing incorrect. Bought these for my daughter who takes a size 5 in all previous UGG boots ( and believe me she has had plenty !!) & she couldn't even get her feet in them. I am a size 3 & had great difficulty getting them on ( yes I did pull the zip down). The quality feels good as usual . No problem with 'Office', easy to order online quite prompt delivery. I will be returning these boots for a refund.

A size up would be far too big but there is little room on the bridge of your foot and even with the zip to help, they are difficult to get on and tight around the bridge of your foot. I am still undecided about them but don’t want to return do to being sold out in most places.

Rated 3 out of 5 by LouiseTG1 from Uncomfortable to get on. Not quite sure what has changed with UGG boots, they are virtually impossible to get over top of my foot without discomfort. Not quite sure why, as far as I’m aware I have regular shaped feet?! I won’t be keeping them which is a shame as they are a nice style and I particularly liked the red zipper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Doneganboys from Lovely but too small I absolutely loved these boots but had to return them! Unfortunately, I couldn’t get my foot in them to even really try them on. Always been a size 6 in Ugg boots but these wouldn’t go near me. Such a shame, a design flaw I think. Great quality and loved the look of them, just too small.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ClaireR2 from Loved them but completely unwearable I’ve had numerous pair of UGGS in a size 6 but these were so small I couldn’t even get my foot in them. Even someone who was a size 5 could not get their foot in. There is clearly a design fault.
