And get the low-down on how these icons have been reinvented as a sustainable shoe…
These shoes are made with Primegreen; a series of high-performance recycled materials. The uppers contain a minimum of 50% recycled content.
We’ve refined the way we cut patterns to create shoes with minimal material waste. By arranging all the components of the shoe on a smaller surface area
during the cutting process, we use and waste less. The distinctive cuts it creates are unique to Clean Classics.
Rubber (Fashion Speciality)
Our Better Rubber is an innovative, more sustainable compound made from 90% natural rubber and 10% recycled rubber. Natural rubber is a renewable
resource, tapped from rubber trees.
This product is made made using algae harvesting technology that helps to keep our lakes clean and promotes clean water.
OrthoLite hybrid sockliner compound
Our recycled OrthoLite sockliners are made with 15% recycled OrthoLite, 6% Bio-oil and 5% recycled rubber.
Natural cork sockliner
Our sockliners are made of cork, a renewable natural material. It’s natural, recyclable and non-toxic.
Made with recycled materials in an effort to reduce our use of virgin materials and our impact on the environment.
Our laces are made from paper.
Upcycling old box material
We’re using leftover stock of our box material, no longer useable because of changes or mistakes in the print, to create Clean Classics packaging.
The boxes will be cut efficiently, creating random print patterns that differ from box to box.
