Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I’m Rubi Deschamps, 24 year old born and bred scouser. My work consists of a multitude of creative aspects from football, modelling to producing and creating projects myself.
What does a day in Rubi’s life look like as a #Converse ‘All Star’?
All I can say is busy! Everyday is different there is absolutely no structure to my days which I love at times but at others I have the people around me I need to keep me strutted along with the madness and uncertainty living a creative and freelance life bring <3

Any tips for creatives starting out?
You’re already pushing yourself to be your best, maybe that involves pain so if your already in pain but you love doing what you do, you might as well just keep pushing cause you don’t know what’s around the corner.
Stepping out in the city, Rubi dresses up the ‘Cruise’ in ‘Black’ with a 90’s baby tee, pleated mini skirt and a crochet bucket hat😍🖤. Pick a pop colour sock for a contrasting moment⚡︎!

What is your proudest achievement so far?
For me my biggest achievement is working with my childhood club, LFC as well as Converse a brand I idolised in every aspect from a young age. Watching sportspeople from Magic Johnson, Larry Bird making history in Basketball. To, Kenny Anderson making the same shoe history in his own way.
How would you describe your personal style?
Everyone likes to feel individual but we have all took inspiration from something or somewhere. My personal style I would say is anything that allows me to feel confident which each day could be completely different. Although the same feeling is being felt from me, positivity, radiance, is what I strive to hold within myself and I use clothes to help that be fulfilled.
How are you styling your Converse this season?
This years #Converse is giving urban fashion. In the sense of the newly released ‘Cruise’ look insane in smart, but cool wear! As well as being able to be styled down just like any other pair of chucks with jorts, jeans or even sportswear. I’m looking forward to putting my One Stars/skate shoes to the test over the summer!
