This season we put styling at the forefront and teamed up with Molly Ashman [commercial and music video stylist] to give you MAJOR inspo on how to your style your Dr. Martens for the upcoming months.

Molly carefully curated fits’ based on her personal style and we just LOVE her approach to layering.

First up is the 2976 Leonore Boots which Molly describes as the “most wearable and sophisticated silhouette”, this is paired with a blazer but still gives casual vibes with the denim base.

This look is “essentially doing a classic style but amping it up with a cap to keep it cool and casual”.

Swiftly moving on to the Jorge which is Molly’s fave and an OFFICE fave too! 😉

The Jorge Clog is styled with a denim maxi skirt “which is the best thing for when you don’t want to wear jeans but want a similar vibe” and is topped off with a puff sleeve blouse.

This look gives “fancy without being uncomfortable and impractical”.

The Jorge style is perfect for showcasing your sock collection. Think marl, stripe or even sheer! 🧦

Now for the holy grail, the ultimate winter boot… Dr. Martens ‘Serena 8 Eyelet’ 🥾. Fur lined and ready to keep you snug.

Molly styles the ‘Serena’ Boots through a Gen Z lens with an oversized denim jacket and boxer shorts.

Note from Molly… don’t be afraid to wear them public as she wears them “walking through Dalston and no-one second guesses it”. We have also seen the boxer short trend take over Instagram so now is your chance to give it a go.

We asked Molly what her fave look of the shoot was, and this look came out on top. 💜

This look blends feminine and edgy with the oversized dress styled on top of jeans. The Jorge really tops the look off and helps to add a more casual touch.finishes the look and adds a casual touch.
