It’s a pity I couldn’t get a different coloured pair for myself . Office did have them in store but sold out online . I contacted office via email . What a disappointing frustrating unhelpful experience . Not the first I’ve had but will most definitely be the last. Under no circumstances will I purchase anything from this company .

I’ve had Ugg slippers before which lasted for years (Tasman), but I’d bought them in USA where they’re much much cheaper. Anyway, I ordered a size up as read other’s reviews, and they’re super soft and super comfy. I love them I’ve not had them off my feet. You’re worth it x

Rated 5 out of 5 by Watch out for customs from Unclear website purchasing If you’re buying from Ireland, the customs and duties are an additional €28. I didn’t feel it was clearly said when I was buying online. So in all the slipper cost nearly €130. The rating is for the slippers as they are Uggs and I’ve always loved how warm and comfy they are. The rating is not for Office’s transparency on their website.

They are so warm and comfy and she wears them all the time. The delivery was very fast and excellent communication regarding the tracking and delivery status. I used the collect plus service and picked them up from my local newsagents. Perfect

Rated 2 out of 5 by A0000 from Very expensive… I had no choice but to buy online I was extremely shocked and disappointed to be charged 28 euro customs on this order. They ended up being more expensive than in the shop even though I used a discount code online! I am going through cancer treatment and it is unsafe for me to go into shops so I had to order them online and now I am very upset about all of this!

My experience of purchasing, click and collect with Office was excellent. The staff at the Cork Opera Lane shop were so helpful and friendly, I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you.

They are honestly the best thing I have ever bought and would recommend them to absolutely everybody! I’m normally a size 5, but felt these were a bit too snug, especially if I was wearing them with socks, so I would suggest sizing up a size!

They are so soft & the quality is exactly what you would expect. I love the chestnut colour more than I was expecting too.
