Rated 5 out of 5 by AQBZ from So comfy! Literally the comfiest sandals I have ever worn, and so easy to slip on too. I recently bought some knockoff Birkenstocks from another store which gave me very bad blisters every time I wore them, so I caved and bought the real ones instead. Even though they're a bit pricey, real Birks are the way to go my friends please believe me - your feet will thank you! Note: needs about a day to mould to your own feet (for me at least). Other reviews also mention that these are narrow fit, but I find that they suit me (and I think my feet are slightly wider than average).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hoho12 from Great shoes, just need to break them in Was looking for a pair of these for a while and finally took the plunge and bought some. So glad I did they are awesome!!!really comfy and stylish (once you break the in). First time I wore them, I wasnt sure if they fit correctly, felt a little tight and uncomfortable. Adjusted strap and felt much better. I did however get a blister on the inside of my foot after first use but could wear them a second day no problem. After 3 days they seem to have adjusted to my feet or my feet to them and are really great. Great service from office, highly recommended.

Input your feet measurements (length and width) and they’ll tell you the size you should be wearing. I thought I would be a 6, but they arrived and I had no room between my feet and the sandal. So I needed a 7 and had to order from elsewhere. There should be some space - a quarter of an inch at the front and back. Aside from that, they are really comfy and I would really recommend if you get the correct size!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tree2 from Birkenstock Black Arizona Size 4 I bought these a week ago in the sale, as I'd wanted them for a while but hadn't been near a store where I could try them on. As they were on sale I ordered my usual size 5 as a gamble they would fit. They arrived quickly with free delivery but were too big. I ordered the 4 which also came quickly and returned the size 5, but had to pay return postage of about £4.10. I have already been refunded. Overall a good experience and shoes are very comfortable and well made.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Brandan from Terrible durability! Shocking customer service! I wore these for 5 days on holiday and they look like I've worn them for years! I previously had a Leather pair that lasted me 3 years with minimal wear. This time I tried the Vegan version and honestly the fresh air outside is enough to leave a mark on them. I wore them in exactly the same way I wore my previous leather pair , and after 5 days they look worse than the 3 year old leather ones. Also Office customer service have been a shambles when trying to explain about the poor quality and have been of no help at all. They've basically said I've worn them and it's my problem. They should be ashamed of theirself to be honest due to the lack of customer satisfaction/ understanding. I even sent them off to be reviewed and after receiving the item back, the box was destroyed meaning I can't even re sell them at a decent price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mw13 from Super comfy and goes with everything! I bought these only in white and my goodness they are the comfiest sandles I've ever had my feet in! Yes they take some breaking in but please perservear because you won't be sorry. I love them so much I've just ordered my 2nd pair in black! my new favourite shoe. Also note that these are NARROW fit ones, and I was infromed by the lovely sales person in Store that they only stock the narrow kind not the regular. Hope this helps !

Also, I had seen them on YouTube/Magazines etc styled up and I took the plunge. I don't regret the decision. If you have never had these before, try before you buy - I had to go two sizes down. These sandals are moulded to you soles of you fit and therefore support them better. Worth having a pair just for that! Wish I had brought them sooner!

This product is amazing and works very well to keep your feet in good condition. So I could give 5 stars. They delivered fast,too. However, when I opened it, only one side was strapped already and could see it’s been tried or even it could have been on display, and I didn’t know that when I purchased. So I give 4 starts.
