I am always a size 4 shoe which I ordered and had the problem with. I have since ordered the same boots from an alternative retailer in a size 3 where these also had the same problem. I think from a comfort perspective the 4 would have been the right size so item true to size but ultimately as they slipped off not worth keeping for the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sophswift from Cozy and comfy Cozy and comfortable, can be hard to get on at first and a little narrow but just need to push your feet through and they’re good after the first wear. As a tall girly was a little worried about towering over people by the add a good amount of height not too much. Easy to walk in and very cozy. Perfect for the cold season.
