I was worried about the tongue being hard and digging in when walking but I’ve had no issues. I am a 6 but occasionally wear a 6.5 in adidas for walking boots etc and I do wish I’d sized up in these but they do fit and because they are soft I expect they will loosen quicker than some other styles. I love the velvet feel and look on these shoes too - they make a real statement without being too much for everyday wear.
