Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super comfy Chelsea boot , however have annoying rattle in the heel. This is my 3rd pair of these Chelsea boots, I have previously had, black, brown and now onto my second black pair in 4 years, as they were so comfy I have finally worn them out. However my only down side to these boots and its the same issue I have had with every pair, is after about 3 days of ware an annoying rattle in the heel starts to appear, which is extremely irritating! When I have taken these to the shoe menders in the past they have said its a bit of plastic glue that has come away in the heel. I would loved to know if anyone else has had the same issue, as this has happen on all 3 pairs of mine. Other than this I love them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Low quality I got these shoes as my main Christmas present this year. I got them because of good reviews and I thought they looked stylish and good for every day. Initially I was extremely pleased with them. They are comfy and go with everything. Unfortunately the material at the back of the heels has already scuffed off and they now look tatty already. This weekend I noticed that the elastic has gone on one of the ankles too. Not sure I can wear them now. Pretty disappointed and I don’t think we still have the receipt to return them. Anyway, these shoes are nice but you only get about 2 months wear out of them so be wary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect booties! THE ABSOLUTE PERFECT BOOTIES. I’ve been scowering the internet for a pair of nice, sleek, comfy, not too high, ankle boots, and these are it. I’ve already purchased a couple of other boots from different sites, but none of them were what I was looking for, so they were returned. Not only do these fit perfectly (I’m a US 6, I purchased a UK 3), I love that the shaft isn’t too high or low either, and it’s not gaping open like a lot of booties tend to do. I ordered internationally, and the shoes came so much sooner than expected, I’m absolutely in love with them, and I’m so glad I purchased these!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not quite what I expected After a short trip out they had already got pretty scuffed and the soul at the front of one of the boots had already started to come away. Comfy and stylish but question the value of the shoe and how long they'll last for the price paid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice fit and level of comfort Love my new Chelseas!! The heel is a nice height to feel elegant but without compromising on comfort. Really nice fit (I’m a size 6) and goes well with trousers or skirts. Would definitely recommend.
