Rated 2 out of 5 by JCJC from Surprised by the quality Owned two pairs over the last 8 years and the quality has really gone down hill this pair is much cheaper looking - colour is more washed out that the old style chestnut and the sheepskin inside feels rougher and not as much. I'd recommend going to see these in store before ordering unsure if I'll be keeping. Delivery from office was brilliant ordered late Thursday afternoon had them by 10am Friday very impressed and will be using the service again

Incredibly cosy, it's like my toes are getting hugs. Fantastic quality, and great service from Office. They arrived at my door less than 48 hours after ordering with a really swift, contactless drop off. I'm a size 5 in most shoes and the size 5 of these fit perfectly too. Definitely ready for the winter months to settle in now.

Normally i'm a size 3 so 3 and a half fit perfect but this year they were very tight and had to take back and exchange for a 4 and a half. I pretty much wear these all winter so i get a good wear out of them and then when it come to re buying my older pair become my slippers as they are in decent condition

Rated 2 out of 5 by Rachemm from New shape Apparently Ugg have rebranded their products recently. This is the third pair of ugg boots I bought and these are definitely of a lesser quality. The label is a plain label reading UGG only, not Ugg Australia. The fit is tighter, the seam across the front cut into my foot. The sheepskin on the inside feels coarser and not as soft. Not sure I'd ever buy a pair again.

Always hesitant to order shoes online but they fit exactly right and great service. Would definitely order online again without a doubt. And I'm absolutely in love with these! Super comfy and even better with student discount!

I bought a pair of these boots before Xmas and my mum tried them on and loved them so she ordered a pair too and I don't think they've been off her feet since! My feet just slide in, then they're encased in the softest, cosiest sheepskin and it feels like your feet are having a cuddle! They go with EVERYTHING and are just fabulous.

I bought these uggs as I have already had the taller and mini uggs before and knew these would be perfect for my upcoming trip to New York in the cold weather! The 5.5 are a perfect fit for my usual size 5. Very comfy and have a firm sole so do not sag on the boot or sole like cheaper boots with the same style do.

The seem going over the top of my ankle dogs in so much it has left a debt in my foot. They are too uncomfortable to wear ! Rubbish
