OFFICE is extremely excited that the UK is hosting the Olympics this summer! To ensure that this huge event does not impact on the service we can offer our shoppers we're making some changes to how we operate during this period.

If you’ve been lucky enough to get your hands on Olympic tickets you’ll find yourself in some great cities and quite near us. We’re open longer, up and down the UK, just so you can come and visit us.

DELIVERY INFO

Offer excludes the following products: Office branded Espadrilles (ladies and mens), Shoe laces, Shoe care and Kids accessories and Office Elated Lace.

Office reserves the right to end this offer without any notice.

We’ve been working alongside our couriers to make sure there is as little disruption to deliveries as possible. All of our couriers are aware of all the Olympic events / road closures and security measures and will be making changes to their routes to ensure deliveries are still happening and your shoes get to you as fast as possible. We will be extending our delivery timescales by 1 to 2 working days to ensure customers are being given accurate and realistic delivery information.

RETURNS

We're expecting a high volume of customers to come through our stores, especially in London and surrounding areas during the Olympics. We are advising customers, who wish to return footwear purchased online to return their order direct to our mail order department; please see the FAQ returns section for more information and address. Alternatively, if you prefer to return to store we recommend you choose one outside the main Olympic impacted areas.
