If your item is purchased between November 29th and December 24th you will have up to January 26th 2013 to return your unused shoes to us. Please refer to our standard online returns policy below for full terms and conditions.

In store purchases

If your item is purchased between November 29th and December 16th you will have up to January 13th 2013 to return your unused shoes to us. Any items purchased after December the 16th will have 28 days to return their unused item to us. Please refer to our standard store returns policy below for full terms and conditions. We will be happy to issue an exchange or gift card for the original selling price when a receipt is provided otherwise, the only current selling price will be credited. Please note all returned branded goods require proof of purchase.
