2. What styles do you think are the ones to watch in Camden?

Stacked platforms, ever higher wedges on both men and women, a rainbow of pastels, and a generous helping of studs are all subtle references to the Nineties, and Camden is leading the way on this big AW12 trend.’
3. What’s your favourite thing/place in North London?
‘A walk down Regents Canal on a sunny day, followed by a spot of people watching in one of the bars overlooking Camden Lock.’ |

| As the sale is in full swing, we thought we would take some time to ask the lovely Lucy from our Oxford Street store exactly what sale items she has a hankering for. Take a look at her favourite four; |

| Lucy: ‘I’m crazy for all things animal print so when the Chin Up sandal and Moominnie pump in leopard print went into sale I couldn’t believe it! They are definitely on my list.’ |

Lucy: ‘You can never have enough black flatforms in my opinion, so the Whizz Wedge is a no brainer. It’s so wearable I might even get 2 pairs just in case! One for work and one to customise.’
Lucy: ‘I have had my eye on the Vacation Wedge for a little while now so now that it’s in sale I have no more excuses. They will be mine.’ |

| Since we have been having a bit of nice weather recently I thought I would take the time to ask a couple of our lovely ladies from head office to tell me what sandals they were after this SS12 and why. |

Tassy - Stock Control: Havaianas Top Metalic flip flop
‘Well I don’t really like to wear bright coloured sandals, but I do love to mix matte black and grey with hints of shiny silver. That’s why I will be wearing the Havaiana metallic flip flop in silver this season. They go with everything and are unbelievably comfy. The perfect summer sandal if you ask me.’
Jeni – Ladies Buying: Comfort Sandals Black Leather
‘I constantly change up my look so I need a sandal that will go with whatever I decide to wear this season. I really like the 90’s grunge style at the moment so the comfort sandal in black leather is perfect. The simple cross over strap detailing gives them a classic look that I will be able to transfer to loads of different styles.’
Amy – Ladies Allocator: Narnia Plait tan leather
‘I don’t really like sandals with bits in between my toes. I have been on the look out for the perfect ones for a while, so when I saw the Narnia Plait in tan leather I instantly knew they were the ones for me. I just think they are so summery and will go brilliantly with chinos and dresses. My number one choice.’ |

| I have had a little look around the office again today to see if I could get a few ideas on how to wear our new ballerina pumps. As luck would have it our girls have come up trumps again…I didn’t doubt them for a second. The girls from our ladies buying department like to accessorise their outfits with loads of jewels to help showcase their favourite flats. |

Ashley wears Academic Ballerina in grey and yellow with the seasons hottest pastel tones.
She pulls the whole look together with lashings of neutral colours, helping the pastels to really pop. |

Jeni sticks to an altogether more edgy look by mixing studs,
leather and velvet with May Day Scrunch in leopard print satin. |

Our wonderful ladies designer Katie dazzles in a mid length fuchsia pleated skirt,
wet look knitted jumper and colour contrasting pumps, Marge Square Toe in mustard yellow. |
How will you wear your ballerina pumps this season?

| Today’s staff style has an Athletic Aesthetic with a bit of a difference. Black jeans and a simple grey vest help showcase the Walk All Over Wedge in natural suede. Perhaps we were being a little optimistic with our London weather expectations for today but nothing a nice pair of cosy grey marl socks can’t sort out. Keep the jeans rolled up and the accessories minimal (and metallic) for a real sport luxe feel. |

It’s that time of year when my wardrobe doesn’t know what it wants to do. Should I start wearing some new season stuff or do I stick to what I know? Ahhh! Faced with such a dilemma and new shoes adding to my wish list (daily it seems) I decided I’d have a look around the office for a little inspiration.
Leather skirts, tights, socks and tees seem to be the flavour of the day today. The Wicked Wedge looks great in this burgundy microfibre accessorised with cute vintage accents. The cream lace really works well with the contemporary leather skirt and modernistic flatforms. Super cute geek chic with a bit of a modern twist. Love it. |

| Our Vintage Bow in red leather has been given a bit of a grungy edge with a leather mini and printed tee. The bright coloured Vintage Bow really add a quirky edge to an otherwise dark outfit. Sometimes it just goes to show that inspiration can be right under your nose. Thanks girls! |

With our Up to 50% Off sale in full swing we thought we would ask a member of our head office team what their must have pieces were. Rosie from our Customer Services team has given us her top three fav’s that she can’t wait to get her hands on.

Manpower WAS £75 NOW £29
“What’s there not to like? Manpower is the perfect black court shoe that will dress up any look”
Boarding School Slip on WAS £58 NOW £ 34
“The boarding School Slip On is so cute! I think it is really understated but would really add a little preppy charm to an outfit. I can’t wait to get them. They look super comfy too”
Katoir Wedge Ankle Boot WAS £89 NOW £44
“I love the colour red this season, so the Katoir Wedge Ankle Boot is right up my street. The wedge isn’t too high either making them a perfect everyday boot, as well as dressing up a pair of jeans for a few drinks after work. Perfect.”
