Coachella 2017

Tuesday, April 18th, 2017

Whilst we were eagerly waiting for the start of our Easter weekend (hoping for some sun), International (mostly celebrities) party people were readying their outfits and festival spirits for Coachella 2017. One of the largest festivals hosted at Empire Polo club in California, Coachella is world famous for their music extravaganza. The festival is held over two weekends (its that in demand), headliners this year were Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, Drake and Stormzy. What makes Coachella so special?

The outfits are a first on our radar but also, this global festival is set during the start of the warm season and host the most in demand after parties with all the right models. This year we saw the perfect balance between bohemian and contemporary fashion choices, whilst we can all agree that only Rihanna could make Gucci’s ensemble look festival ready .Wellies are not your first choice for this event, but we saw plenty of sightings of Vans, Converse, boots and sandals. We are looking forward to the second weekend of fashion sightings, but it’s finally official, festival season has begun!

Coming Soon|51st State Festival…The after party

Monday, July 11th, 2016

We can’t wait for 51st State festival on at Trent Park on Saturday 7th August, where we will be reporting live, showing you the latest in festival style. So far this festival season we have seen the IT crowd go Old Skool in Converse, Reebok classics and Adidas Superstars. Wear your trainer of choice with ripped boyfriend jeans for a relaxed all day look or go for a vintage tea dress and Superstars combo for a new take on girly grunge.

The fun won’t just end at Trent Park though, look out for the after party at Ministry Of Sound. Hosted over four rooms featuring Roger Sanchez, Karizma, Spoony, Pied Piper, Norris Da Boss Windross, The Heatwave, DJ Cartier and many more, it promises to be an all-night party of house music’s finest.

What will you be wearing?

British Summer Time|Street Style

Wednesday, July 6th, 2016

Unlike most festivals this summer, British Summer Time wasn’t a complete washout which meant most people left their wellies at home.

The sunny weather really set the mood for the day, people were in good spirits and it was smiles all round. The first act to take the main stage was dj Jamie XX who’s feel good anthems had the crowd buzzing.

The festival goers kept it casual in reliable Converse and DM’s, among the more fashion conscious were western style boots and designer trainers. Some brave revellers were spotted in Birkenstocks but just before American rapper Kendrick Lamar hit the stage a huge downpour ensued and I bet they were wishing for their Hunters.

Florence and the Machine headlined in a sheer pale blue dress, the sun setting an appropriate backdrop to her whimsical tunes. What a day – now on to the next one!

NYFW: Women’s Street Style

Monday, February 16th, 2015

Here at OFFICE we have sent a spy to the streets of NYC to document the latest in street-style trends from this season’s fashion week. The avid fashionistas have braved the cold to display their diverse choice of style, in particular, footwear. Kim K has clearly been channelled this season as heels are out in force, for a similar look try our trusty On Tops in the summer shade of hot pink or our sleek pointed Pitch mules in black leather.

Getting from show to show can be tiring, a comfortable shoe is paramount, trainers were evident this year, our minimal Libra oozes cool. Ankle boots have smoothly made the transition from winter to spring, pair our Cockney with culottes and a bomber for the ultimate IT girl look. It wouldn’t be spring without some pastel hues, our Vendetta in mint combines a feminine shade with boyish brogue detailing.

Girls Night Out

Friday, November 7th, 2014

Finding the perfect shoe for going out-out with the girls can be tough especially when it is hard enough deciding what clothes to wear.

To help get you in the party mood and ready for the weekend, the girls in OFFICE HQ have selected their top statement shoes for the season that will go perfectly with your glam outfit.

Points are the go to style and a wardrobe staple for winter. Wear a vampy style like the Strobe or Scorpio with a low backed dress and a fluffy clutch bag for the ultimate screen siren look. Your fail-safe is the On Tops pointed stiletto, with a rainbow of colours available you can have a pair to match every outfit.

If you prefer a more minimal shoe but a stand-out outfit then the Salvation sandal or Sophia are the ideal accompaniment to a sequin dress.

Make a statement with a glittery Sapphire platform sandal with jewel detailing. This style is best paired with a simple, one colour look to make the shoes really stand-out.
