The Must Have This Winter

Tuesday, November 27th, 2012

Don’t shy away your sandals just because winter has arrived. In fact, they’re back as a fashion staple this season! Teaming socks with sandals such as the ‘Over the Top Wedge’ and other open toe heels, you can be at the centre of fashion this Christmas. Cute frills, fishnet, knee high or graphic prints are our favourite ways to pimp up our pins.

We like to wear ours with tailored shorts and a sheer blouse with an embellished collar or maybe even with a dark coloured circle cut skirt with a neon knit jumper and a chunky bejewelled necklace. Or quite simply with leggings and an oversized baggy jumper. All with the highest of statement heels of course.

How will you wear yours? Show us how you get on by tweeting us @officeShoes #OfficeMe.

I wore these amazing Kaleidoscope Platforms in a shoot recently.
My legs looked unusually long - I’m crediting the shoes…or some serious photoshop.
Either way, they’re on the list for Spring.

Office provided the footwear for the London based stylist turned designer, second catwalk show. Johnny Blueeyes first shot to fame last London Fashion Week, making his debut with an impromptu burlesque performance from Kate Moss and friend Beth Ditto, lead singer of the gossip.

Models crawled, slithered and hula hooped down the runway to a rock n roll sound track of the Clash and Yeah Yeah Yeahs, proving punk is not dead! A star studded audience, including Will Young, Jodie Harsh and Rex Newmark, (of Big Brother fame), were covered in fake blood, rose petals and glitter.

The fashion elite, watched as models were bitten, kissed and tortured! Fashion journalists, Kate Spicer and Hilary Alexander of the Telegraph, scribbled as up and coming model, Alice Dellal, flashed some flesh after tearing off a black hooded, cape. Photographer Mary McCartney, (ex-Beatle Paul McCartney’s daughter), snapped away at the s ‘n’ m inspired head gear, distressed leather and slashed lace. Corsets, sparkly nipple tassles and oversized gems accompanied the customised Office shoes.
