The wait is over! Jeffrey Campbell’s spiked Lita’s are back in stock. We know a few hearts were broken when we sold out a few weeks ago, so now is your chance ladies. The American born Lita seems to have taken Britain by storm and the force of its impact doesn’t seem to be subsiding. Jeffrey Campbell seems to know every shoe lovers weak spot and delivers blow after blow of fierce footwear, rendering us completely helpless to say no. If it’s colour you are after then perhaps the new Foxy Heel Platform is the shoe for you. Don’t be fooled by the t-bar and ‘butter wouldn’t melt’ façade, the Foxy Heel is no push over. With a collection of bright and pastel colours, you will definitely get heads turning.

Our Carnival trend is heavy with decoration, colour and fun. It’s time to be big, bold and brave. Get ready to dance the night away in raffia weave wedges, broderie anglais platforms and pretty gingham t-bars. As one celebration ends another begins with Carnival as coloured feather sandals, gem embellished gladiators and colour-block platforms take centre stage. Obviously no carnival can be without a liberal dusting of glitter and animal print so whether it’s a wedge, platform or sandal, our Carnival trend is ripe and ready for the taking.

“My tomato red midi skirt is the perfect length to show off these show stopping platforms. They create amazing height and are sooooo comfortable - I danced all night long in them at the Kate Moss Rimmel party. I used leopard print and bohemian turquoise jewellery to stick with the power-tribal theme of the shoes. Happy London Fashion Week one and all!” Lucy Wood Fashion News Editor at Look

Designer Amy Molyneaux, half of the fashion label PPQ has spoken candidly to METRO about the recent and final PPQ at OFFICE collaboration. Amy shares her thoughts and inspirations for the AW/11 PPQ at OFFICE collaboration, favourite pieces from her wardrobe and Fashion Week. As PPQ are well known in the fashion pack for their British heritage, it was rather fitting that the final PPQ at OFFICE collection reflected this. The PPQ duo manifested the ornate and drama fuelled collection by drawing inspiration from a painting of an elaborately dressed Earl Amy admired at the Tate Britain. Velvet ribbons, seductive frills and jewels only begin to explain some of the intrigue surrounding the final instalment of PPQ at OFFICE. Don’t just take our word for it though, read the full METRO interview with Amy Molyneau here.

This season sees the final instalment from PPQ at OFFICE, where we bring the illustrious designs of PPQ to the high-street. Amy Molyneaux from PPQ clearly summarises the look and feel of the collection;
“The inspiration for this collection comes from the passionate and political period of the Jacobeans, with the King & Queen of Bohemia’s reign bringing new rules for love and war. Detailing such as the Stirrup Boot Clover leather patches, feather & pearl rosettes and metallic padded courtier wedges are all part of the winter looks. As well as classic court shoes with radical dream detailing. The Office shoe customer has a great sense of direction and nostalgia, and we designed the Francesina collection with her imagination in mind.” Amy Molyneaux of PPQ
The devil is in the detail with the New Office and PPQ collaboration as plush suede court shoes showcase intricate beading, broaches and crucifixes juxtaposed against sumptuous jewel hues.
‘Francesina’ name and muse of the PPQ at OFFICE collection has a treasonous nature, this defines her movements as she makes her entrance; a dark mood shrouds her attire. Her elegance is not lost merely hidden beneath her shield of leather. Clad in a mid-calf platform boot she towers above her audience as ornate gold buckles glean. Alternating from patent to suede, is it Mary-Jane or creeper; her choices are her own. She vanishes into the night.
Trapped in a modern world she is forced to change as she springs forward to a new sound and vision. Her vivacious inclinations cannot be tamed for she rules her own destiny in vivid red and purple suede court shoes adorned with patent tear-drops and clouds.
