The wait is almost over and the countdown to the launch of the latest Nike x Liberty SS15 Collection on OFFICE has begun.

This bold print sits on a white background and features brightly coloured geometric shapes which will sit perfectly against a fresh summer wardrobe.

How to Wear

The Air Rift was designed in 1996 as a trainer/sandal hybrid and looks great paired with a denim smock dress or some high waited mom shorts and an oversized crop tee for a touch of Nineties nostalgia.

The retro Cortez is an effortlessly feminine style that is easy to wear, match the Liberty print pair with some ripped knee, black skinnies or a jersey mini skirt to add a pop of colour to a minimal look.

The new collection uses a mix of contemporary and retro styles that include, the Air Rift, Air Max Thea, Juvenate, Air Max 90 Ultra, Cortez and Tennis Classic. Each style takes a different spin on the print with the addition of white and black panels to contrast against the bold African inspired 70’s print.

Coming Soon | Nike x Liberty SS15

Friday, April 17th, 2015

The much loved collaboration between Nike and Liberty of London is back for SS15 with a unique pack featuring a print from Liberty’s archives and some classic and contemporary Nike silhouettes.

The pack will see the relaunch of the Air Rift which was first released in 1996 to give the feel of barefoot running. The style itself was inspired by the Great Rift Valley in Kenya, which has since influenced the theme of this whole collection.

Taking Africa and the vibrant colours that represent the continent, Liberty delved into its archives to find a heritage, African inspired print to go with some Nike classics. Taking a trip back to the 1970s their new collection features the rarely seen Merlin print, originally designed by Liberty for a silk scarf back in 1972.

The Merlin print’s geometric shawl design, which includes a playful layout of circles and concentric squares has been chosen for its bright colouring, striking pattern and unusual design. The collection intersects past and present to create something completely original.

The Nike x Liberty SS15 collection will launch online and in-store on the 7th May.

Keep your eyes peeled for more info on this exciting pack.
