My LFW Experience by Jen Chan
September 21st, 2012
| LFW is one of the biggest fashion weeks in the world. On par with Milano and New York, hailing from Melbourne, the often named stylish capital of Australia, I was expecting big things. So to find out I was lucky enough to win tickets to a runway show through Office Shoes I was excited beyond words. I had never been to a runway show before and wasn’t sure what to expect. My very stylish tickets (intricate lace like patterns printed on delicate tissue paper) arrived in the mail and gave a very interesting preview of KTZ’s designs.

| Making our way to Somerset House, a gorgeous backdrop for LFW, fashonistas were milling around, parading their often eccentric to the nearby scouting photographers. After we had a few cheeky ones at Tom’s Kitchen, we started to line up for the show and thus began the celebrity spotting. Lydia from ‘The Only way is Essex’ was looking very dapper in a 1920’s beaded coral dress and had the photographers snapping away. |
| Once seated inside it was more crazy fashion spotting. From inflatable dogs as handbags, to men donning face masks, the crowd inside were an eclectic mix. The lights dimmed and the DJ started pumping his beats and the first model strutted her stuff down the catwalk.
KTZ’s outfits were beautiful. The intricate patterns became their signature look on their dresses and even on their boots. If only I were fortunate enough to own one of their dresses! Time to get saving!

| Definitely looking forward to next season’s Spring/Summer shows! Thanks Office Shoes
