TOMS and Movember

TOMS and Movember have teamed up for the third year in a row to support men’s health and to provide new shoes to children in need. Movember is the global  charity that encourages men to grow and women to support the Mo (moustache) for the 30 days of November –while TOMS focuses on the health and education of children in need.

This year the signature Movember moustache appears in maroon on Grey Aviator Twill Classics for both men and women and on Grey Aviator Twill with Chambray Botas for men.

So grow a Mo this Movember, and check out the new TOMS + Movember Botas and Classics, with proceeds benefiting Movember, and a pair of new shoes to a child in need too! Available in women’s sizes, so everyone can help change the face of men’s health.

Office supports Breast Cancer Care

Around 50,000 people are diagnosed with breast cancer every year in the UK. Although more people survive breast cancer than ever before sadly, 12,000 people still die from this disease every year  Breast cancer is the second most common cause of death from cancer in women and it is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women under 40.

Breast Cancer Care is the only UK-wide charity dedicated to providing emotional and practical support for anyone affected by breast cancer. That’s why OFFICE has teamed up with Breast Cancer Care this October. For Breast Cancer Awareness Month OFFICE has designed a limited edition shoe, dedicated to Breast Cancer Care. For every shoe that is purchased, 50% will be donated to the charity. Launching 1st October at 9am – exclusively online, be sure to grab a pair.

WE MADE IT!

Kids'n'Cancer We are happy to announce that Sophie
has hit her target! Thanks to all of you for your help and generosity.Here’s a little more insight from Sophie’s parents;


“After an incredible 6,000 donations from around the world and a dedicated fundraising site in France, we have hit our target on our team page. That means we can go ahead and get Sophie the surgery that she needs to give her the best chance. We’re looking forward to later in the year when hopefully our beautiful girl will be in remission again!

If you are moved by Sophie’s story and still want to donate this would be fantastic as any excess money raised will be managed by the charity we have been working with, Kids ‘n’ Cancer, to help other children who are in situations like Sophie get a head start in getting the critical treatment they need.

Some funds may be retained for Sophie by Kids ‘n’ Cancer, in case she requires treatment again. Should there come a time, for whatever reason, that Sophie no longer requires treatment, those funds would be made available for other children.

Friends and family will continue to work hard for her cause over the coming weeks and months and anything we raise will be managed by Kids ‘n’ Cancer to help her and other children.”

Help Sophie

Sophie has a rare form of liver cancer that
only affects a few children each year.

Doctors in the UK are unable to offer her
the treatment she needs and the only option
is life-saving surgery in july 2012 in New York
at a cost of £230,000.

Family and friends are doing all they can to raise the money by re-mortaging & raiding
savings, with £80,000 currently pledged.

With less than a month until the operation is
scheduled, they are asking for help to reach the target.

Movember

Movember at OFFICE - Final week

As the month of November is drawing to an end, sadly so too is the growth of  Team OFFICE Mo Bro’s magnificent moustaches. Although they look a bit ridiculous (let’s face it) they have really taken their tash growth responsibility incredibly seriously. They have shaved, stroked and teased their manly mousers for an entire month and we would all like to say a big massively huge thank you to everyone who donated to this great charity.

Don’t be fooled by their dodgy boy band exterior, they are seriously helping to change the face of men’s health with their tash growing efforts. There is no denying that some are better than others…ahem…dark hair is more prominent in the facial region shall we say. Movember at OFFICE

On November 1st, four guys from Office HQ registered at Movember.com with a clean-shaven face. Let me introduce to you our very own Mo Bro team; Al, Paul, JK and Phil…

For those of you that don’t know Movember is an annual charity campaign that takes place every November to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate and testicular cancers. This is done by game guys the world over, shaving their faces to leave a blank canvas for their moustache growth. Much grooming, waxing and teasing of tash tendrils will ensue over the entire month.

Our Mo Bro team have joined forces with TOMS to turn themselves into walking, talking billboards for the 30 days of Movember.  The moustache emblazoned TOMS are really helping to spur our guys on.
