A quiet day at OFFICE HQ and an email comes into our inbox. What is it? It’s an invite to the MTV ‘Brand New for 2013’ gig, hosted by Emporio Armani! Our day is suddenly looking up!
Very excited, we made our way up to Kentish Town to the venue, ‘The Forum’. There were three acts due to play, two of which vying for the votes of the crowd to be crowned the winner of MTV’s Brand New for 2013. Previous finalists who have made it big by playing this gig include; Lady Gaga, Tinie Tempah, Wretch 32 and Jessie J. This year we were there to see Little Nikki, Gabrielle Aplin and the winner from 2012….Conor Maynard! Ahhh!
The audience were cheering, bright lights flashing and then us - watching in awe while the acts performed and waiting in suspense for the big finale! CONOR MAYNARD! Suffice to say he was brilliant and we had an amazing time. But who to vote for and who will win? Voting has now closed… The suspense!

Singing sensation Lana Del Rey has been spotted wearing our new and exclusive Karens high heel in nude patent. Miss Del Rey is well known for her 1950’s look and retrospective take on music, subsequently launching her into the media spotlight.
